Product Information - TB1361B
TB1361B
TB1361B is an anaerobic reactive adhesive / sealant which cures spontaneously when sealed off from contact with the air between close fitting metallic surfaces. It has been specially developed for locking and sealing threaded parts and fittings with low strength when cured, particularly where frequent disassembly may be required. Its low strength is recommended for fine threads of hydraulic and pneumatic connections, non-ferrous parts in brass or aluminium and for small precision screws. Its low viscosity makes it particularly suitable for wicking into preassembled components.
Activator TB3095C should be used to ensure adequate curing in the case of inert substrates or where the bond gap is excessive.

Features
Low strength, frequent removal type.
Very low viscosity allows penetration of the joint by capillary action.
For bolts and small screws where disassembly with hand tools is required for servicing.
Eliminates mechanical locking parts such as spring or toothed washers, nylon nuts etc.
Reduces required fastening on torque.
Completely seals against oil, water and most chemicals.
Excellent vibration resistance.
