TB2458
TB2458 is an acrylic medium-strength sealing and locking agent for pre-coated bolts. The coating, which is water-based and solvent free, is an environmentally-friendly microencapsulated thread locking agent. When a fastener processed with TB2458 is assembled, the microcapsules
are broken, and the acrylic resin reacts with the curing agent to set quickly and prevent leaking and loosening of the threaded portion.

Cures to 80% of final strength within 30 minutes at temperatures between -5°C and +40°C
