Product Information - TB3315E
TB3315E
TB3315E is a single component (non-reactive, evaporation type) carbon-based electrically conductive adhesive. When this product is applied onto the substrate, a flexible electrically conductive film will form once the solvent of the adhesive has evaporated. When the dry film is applied with pressure and heat, its adhesive property will be executed, therefore enabling the adhesive to be used as a hot melt electrically conductive adhesive.

Features
Single component (non-reactive, evaporation type). Doesn’t require mixing like 2 parts adhesive. Excellent workability and productivity.
Synthetic rubber is the major component, forming electrically conductive film with good flexibility.
The dry film forms through evaporation, bonding can be done through film hot-melting.
