TB3380B
TB3380B has been developed for bonding electrical and electronic parts, which require low outgas.
A 2-component epoxy type electroconductive adhesive, it may be cured at room temperature, although curing at an elevated temperature reduces the amount of outgas further.

Features
Two-component epoxy base resin and hardener are separated and mixed with silver powder
to give it electro conductivity.
Good bonding strength with various metal materials.
Does not contain any solvent. Hence, will not result in the inner parts of the adhesive
retaining solvent.
Outgas is minimal or none. It can be used for sealing up systems.
Low temperature curing (60°C ~ 80°C) possible.
