Product Information - TB1141G
TB1141G
TB1141G is a single-component liquid gasket with an acrylic resin base developed for use as an all round liquid gasket for large joint tolerances. ThreeBond 1141G is applied in its viscous liquid condition on one of the fitting surfaces at room temperature and forms a half-dry, elastic gasket with a slightly tacky surface within a very short time. After the assembly of the parts it is completely adapted to the surface structure of the fitting surfaces. All small indentations, such as tool marks and scratches, are filled in as well as any unevenness of the fitting surface. Due to the highly chemically resistant and cohesive properties of the product a highly stable liquid gasket is formed.

Features
Easy to use and apply as the product is one-component, water based with good thixotropic properties
The curing process can be accelerated by heat.
The elastic-like liquid gasket excels in good adhesive strength and excellent impact and vibration resistance.
Excellent pressure resistance even at extreme temperature.
Does not deteriorate rubber and plastics.
If required, the product can be used in combination with solid gaskets.
Can be diluted with water.
