ThreeBond is not only adhesives and sealants, it is also composed of lots of wonderful people working together to make the company as it is. July is always a perticular month for us, as we organise plenty of internal events and gathering to remember this spirit of bonding everything, and also people.
On July 10th, the annual Manager Meeting was held at ThreeBond Europe S.A.S., bringing together colleagues from across Europe to share insights and align on key sales topics.
For this occasion, team members from the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Hungary, and Turkey came together to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen cross-border collaboration.
This meeting was a valuable opportunity to discuss operational updates, share local market experiences, and reinforce our common vision as a European team. Beyond the business agenda, it was also a great chance to meet in person, build relationships, and put faces to the voices we work with daily.

Every summer, ThreeBond Europe also organizes a barbecue party, offering everyone the chance to share their favorite homemade dishes, enjoy a few grilled specialties, and simply connect in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
With a great atmosphere and delicious food, ranging from Malagasy-flavored meat to Japanese okonomiyaki, this event is not just a summer celebration for us but also a valuable opportunity to connect and spend quality time together in a friendly setting. These moments help strengthen our relationships, improve communication, and foster a sense of belonging within the team.
