02. What are pre-coated screw locking agents?

Pre-coated screw locking agents are adhesives that are factory-applied to screws, bolts or threaded fasteners before installation. During tightening, the microcapsules break and release the adhesive, which cures to lock and seal the threaded assembly.

03. What is MEC technology?

MEC (Microencapsulation) technology consists of coating threaded fasteners with microscopic capsules containing the adhesive. When the fastener is assembled, these capsules rupture under pressure, initiating the curing process and creating a secure mechanical lock.
