Agreement Between User And ThreeBond Europe

The ThreeBond Europe Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by ThreeBond Europe.
The ThreeBond Europe Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the ThreeBond Europe Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

ThreeBond Europe has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, ThreeBond Europe reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. ThreeBond Europe reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

ThreeBond Europe reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in ThreeBond Europe’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. ThreeBond Europe does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, ThreeBond Europe specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Termination/Access Restriction

ThreeBond Europe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the ThreeBond Europe website and related services, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

General

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the French Republic (or replace with your country), excluding its conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in France for any dispute arising out of or related to the use of the ThreeBond Europe website, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of EU law or the laws of another EU Member State.

Use of the ThreeBond Europe website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and ThreeBond Europe as a result of this agreement or your use of the website.

ThreeBond Europe’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal requirements. Nothing in this agreement shall limit ThreeBond Europe’s right to comply with legal obligations, including but not limited to, requirements from government authorities, courts, or law enforcement agencies regarding your use of the website or information collected or provided in connection with such use.

ThreeBond Europe is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and all applicable data protection laws. The collection and processing of personal data is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including but not limited to, warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, then that provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that best reflects the original intent, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Unless otherwise specified, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and ThreeBond Europe with respect to the website and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents originally generated and maintained in printed form.

It is the express will of the parties that this agreement and all related documentation be drawn up in English. A French version may be provided for convenience; in case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.

In accordance with Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “E-Commerce Directive”), as transposed into national law, ThreeBond Europe will promptly investigate and respond to substantiated notifications of alleged copyright infringement concerning content hosted on or accessible through this website.
